I have the right to decline ANY client for ANY reason

I should begin this by saying that I do not provide services to everyone that requests them; clients must demonstrate that they are polite and respectful, not rude or demanding. Please do not make assumptions about the services I am offering  I have the right to decline to provide any or all of my services to any client at any time.

My charge is 100% NON-NEGOTIABLE

Please do NOT ask, that is EXTREMELY insulting and most likely will result in you getting blacklisted. I'm not selling a car, I'm selling myself, so by asking for a lower rate you are suggesting that I'm not as valuable as what I am charging. Although, with that being said, I do have a few ongoing promotions available to qualifying services and clients, please check my Promotions page for more details.

 

Requesting an Incall Booking

If you're requesting an incall booking and prefer to book it directly with the agency yourself, please call or text Black Orchid Agency and book an appointment to see me there. I am listed as Christina (29) and the Agency phone number is 250 244 2633. They're open from 7:30 AM until 9 PM daily and closed from 9 PM until 7:30 AM daily (I am available to do after-hours bookings there but they must be pre-booked during open hours).

Requesting an Outcall Booking

If you're requesting an outcall booking, I prefer our first contact to be made by text message. Of course, you are welcome to e-mail me if that's not possible, and I try to check my emails a couple of times a day, but it is definitely quite a bit faster to set up a booking for the same day by text. If you need to speak on the phone with me to make arrangements please send me a text message or email with your phone number first and let me know you would like to speak on the phone, I usually don't answer phone calls from numbers that I don't have saved in my contacts (and unless it is pre-arranged then I do not answer calls from unknown, private, or blocked numbers).

 

If I can't respond right away

I try to respond to my messages right away, but if I am busy and not able to respond right away, I may be unsure if it's safe to respond if it has been more than a couple hours so please let me know if it's safe to text back anytime or if it's not safe to text back after a certain time. I do not "ignore" anyone - I just respect people's personal lives and do not want to put anyone in an awkward situation by randomly texting back at the wrong time.

NO unpaid texting marathons

It shouldn't take any more than ten texts back and forth to arrange a booking. My time is valuable to me, and if you would like to use it, then I charge for it. Please see my services page for details regarding phone & text packages. Of course, you are welcome at any time to ask me if I am available at a certain time and let me know of any requests prior to our booking, but please do not just text to see "what's up" without actually wanting to book, I do not appreciate people wasting my time and this is extremely frustrating to me. If you just want to inquire about something such as my services or rates etc., then please look for it on my website first and I'm sure you can find the answer to any questions you may have.

 

Minimum one hour notice until start time
I generally like notice of at least 60 minutes to get ready. I may be able to accommodate you with less, but the more time I have to get ready the better I will be able to prepare myself for you. If you are pre-booking for a different day please also contact me on the day of our booking to confirm.

Travel Fees are paid PRIOR to Travel

If you are requesting an outcall located out of town and the travel fee is $40 or more, the travel fee must be paid by E-Transfer - and received no later than the time I begin traveling at (this is a safety net to cover my travel expenses in the worst-case scenario so that I can avoid paying for this out of my own pocket). Please remember that although most E-Transfers are instant, they can possibly take up to 30 minutes to receive (depending on a variety of factors like which bank you use, the time of day, the day of the week, the amount sent, and our transfer history, and if it is one of the rare occasions it does take 30 full minutes, it could cause a variety of easily preventable issues for you and/or me, so please don't wait until last minute to send it.

DEPOSITS

Deposits are optional but highly recommended for pre-booking services that total up to and including $200, and deposits are required for services that total $201 and above. I will still do my best to try to be available for the time you requested without a deposit, which means if I have the option to see other clients at a different time then I will, and I will arrange my personal life around that time as well. BUT if you don't put down a deposit then you risk that there is a possibility that I may not still be available at that specific time if another client requests the same time and puts down a deposit, or if I have a short notice booking request that either starts about the same time or slightly before and takes up a portion or all of that time slot. I will not be able to hold it without a deposit. If you DO put down a deposit, then awesome thank you, your appointment time is reserved for you and you only. Your booking is now confirmed and secured and will take priority over any other bookings, including bookings of longer duration and/or higher prices. I occasionally offer a discount when paying a deposit during slower periods. During busy periods when deposits are most recommended, the benefit of time reservation is the value I offer.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If you must cancel, please do so as soon as possible. Keep in mind that I have most likely turned down bookings with other clients for during the time you requested, and may not be able to re-book during that time slot depending on the amount of notice you give me. All deposits are non-refundable (unless of course, it's a rare occasion that I am the one who must cancel - then yes, don't worry, you will be refunded). If you are able to give me 48 hours or more notice then you can transfer it to a different day or time, If it is less than 48 hours notice then your deposit is forfeited upon cancellation and you must pay a new deposit to rebook. If you did not put down a deposit and you give me little to no notice on a cancellation then I will attach a $60 cancellation fee to your client file, and if it is not paid in a reasonable amount of time you will be blacklisted. Also, if I arrive at an in-person booking and you do not have my correct donation available you will be charged a $60 cancellation fee, and if it is not paid you will be blacklisted. If this happens a second time you will be charged the $60 as well as need to pre-pay to schedule any future appointments. Please do not waste my time and I will not waste yours! :)

Descretion while paying in public

If we are meeting in person then please have the cash ready and pre-counted, and within view upon arrival. If we are meeting in a public place, please have it in an envelope placed discreetly in a book or other item ready to hand to me upon meeting. I do not carry change so please have the exact amount, if that isn't possible, you are welcome to tip! ;)

Extending our time

If you think you may consider extending your time, please have the rest of the cash ready as described above, and I will collect it prior to continuing with the time extension. (Note: I may not always be able to extend your time depending on my schedule and other obligations. A scheduled booking will take priority over an unscheduled extension. To increase the chance of me being available for a time extension please let me know as far in advance as possible that you are considering doing this.)

ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONAL QUESTIONS

Under no circumstances is it appropriate to ask me questions about my personal life such as "Do you have a boyfriend? What does he think of this?" or "How many clients do you see in a week? How much money do you make?" They make me as uncomfortable as you would be if I was to ask you "Do you have a wife?" or "How many escorts do you see in a week?"

 

NO MEANS NO

If I say no to something or if you want a service that I do not provide, please accept that I will not be doing it or respectfully move along and find someone else who provides it. It doesn't matter if you offer me a thousand dollars for thirty seconds of anal, I will still say no. I am an escort because I genuinely love it, not because I need to for the money. If at any time I feel uncomfortable or that my personal safety is in jeopardy I will, unfortunately, have to end our time together and no refund will be provided to you. This is supposed to be a fun and exciting adventure we have together, so let's have a good time! :)
